“Goodnight Best Friend,” Mpho Wabadimo Mourns Her Mother. Losing a mother is one of the saddest experiences one can go through. Mpho Wabadimo is going through the most at the moment, after the recent passing of her mother.
The Big Brother Mzansi Season III winner and her mother Elizabeth Nonjebo Mvundla were as close as a mother an daughter can be. Throughout her time on Big Brother Mzanzi, and Themba: My Inked World reality shows, it has been evident that Mpho is big on family. She has a special relationship with her brother, her two sons, and her now late mother. Mpho spoke highly of her mom, while in the house, and the family celebrated her win big. Her mother was also her pillar of strength, and that was evident when her second baby daddy’s family gave her grief.
Sadly, after a period of illness, Mama Mvundla passed away, and was laid to rest this past Friday. Speaking about the loss Mpho shared that her mom was everything to the family, their matriarch. Her passing has left them with broken hearts and deep pain.
In the midst of heartbreak, Mpho also acknowledged everyone who came through for the family during this time of grief. She also extended gratitude to M&M Funeral Home, who gave Mama Mvundla a dignified funeral.
“Although right now we are hearts are heavy with pain indescribable, we are hopeful that the same love and support you have shown us will help us to heal and we will learn to live with the pain of losing our mother,” Mpho said.
