Dineo Ranaka Opens Her Own Restaurant. She is definitely back with a bang! After months away from social media, Dineo has emerged with some major announcements. The seasoned media personality, reality show star, producer, DJ and entrepreneur is venturing into the culinary industry.
Dineo is one of those celebrities who has great culinary skills. She used to share some of her cooking on social media. Also, Dineo is the host of cooking show Ishushu, which airs on Moja Love. The show which is returning for its second season features two individuals, who go up against each other for the best top cook spot. A family member then gets to judge them on their cooking abilities and the final dish prepared.
During her abstinence on social media, Dineo has been working on her new restaurant, The Untrained Chef. For the business, she has teamed up with The Purple Chef, Barney Jiri. The two also work together on Ishushu. The Untrained Chef serves up all things hearty and healthy, from a selection of curries to an array of grills and a full breakfast spread.
“You know, sometimes you gotta disappear and just mind your business … don’t mind my silence, it’s super healthy. It’s wholesome,” she shared on Instagram.
Dineo has also rebranded her YouTube channel, which now goes by the name, The D.R.C., short for The Dineo Ranaka Channel. On the latest episode, she is grocery shopping with her mom, and gets to do a short interview with her. On the clip, the mom states that she went to a culinary school at the age of 60. An impressed Dineo gushed that she gets her hustle spirit from mommy.
