Analyst: Strategy, Analytics & Reporting Wanted at Nedbank.
Job Purpose
To implement Client Service and Digital’s operational strategy, framework, and initiatives by working closely with various stakeholders to identify and deliver efficiencies through, process improvement, cost avoidance, customer satisfaction and employee engagement opportunities. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the division.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, scope, and deliver efficiency projects and initiatives, using data-driven analysis and decision making.
- Monitor and report on the progress, benefits and outcomes of efficiency projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the bank, fostering a mindset of customer-centricity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Establish and maintain the operational excellence governance, framework, and standards, ensuring consistency and alignment across the bank.
- Build and maintain working relationships by networking; ongoing communication and sharing relevant information.
- Coach and mentor, the business units and support functions on operational excellence principles, methodologies, and tools, building their capability and ownership.
- Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc).
- Support implementation of projects by coordinating and project managing all activities and making suggestive recommendations.
- Identify business opportunities from existing and new channels by analysing available data; collaborating with other departments; engaging and meeting relevant.
Essential Qualifications – NQF Level
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, management, or a related field
Preferred Qualification
- Microsoft Certifications in Business Intelligence and / or Data Engineering
- A certification in lean, six sigma, agile or other operational excellence methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of Project Management Principles.
