Cathy Mohlahlana Bids Farewell to Newzroom Afrika
Cathy Mohlahlana Bids Farewell to Newzroom Afrika. A couple of months back, fans were excited when she returned from her maternity leave. Cathy Mohlahlana was surely missed but motherhood and nursing her twins was first priority.
The award-winning broadcast journalist was a senior news anchor for 24hr news channel Newzroom Afrika. She started hosting the daily primetime bulletin between 18h00 and 21h00 on channel 405. Sadly this evening she will be bidding the channel goodbye. Although Cathy did not reveal her reasons for leaving, she wishes Newzroom Afrika all the best.
“Tonight will be my final broadcast with Newzroom Afrika. I have decided to leave the organisation, and I continue to wish them well. I would not be who I am without your support as viewers. You have given me more than I could ever ask for. THANK YOU,” Cathy said.
