Customer Service Agent Wanted At Rich League Marketing. The company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team in the retail industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to their customers, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues they may have. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with their clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers, either in-person, over the phone, or through electronic communication channels
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving to achieve resolution in a timely manner
• Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions and make appropriate recommendations
• Collaborate with fellow team members  and improve processes
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, staying up to date with new releases and promotions

Requirements:

• NQF 4 Equivalent, Matric Certificate or Higher
• Willing to travel
• Willing to relocate.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team work 
• Self driven.
• Student mentality.
• Candidate must be eligible to work in South Africa
