At the age of 22, Mpumelelo is already a reality show star, a soccer player, an entrepreneur, and actor and recently a musician. He rose to fame by debuting in his family show by the name, uThando Nes’thembu. Mpumelelo is the son of MaYeni, who is the second wife of wealthy businessman and TV personality Musa Mseleku. He also stars in another family reality show, Izingane zeS’thembu. The show follows Mseleku’s kids’ struggles and triumphs. Since he is also following on his father’s footsteps as a polygamist, Izingane zeS’thembu focuses more on him and his baby mamas.
Mpumelelo is also a professional footballer of note. He made his appearance on the DSTV Diski Challenge, debut for Moroka Swallows in April 2022, he played as a substitute. The team lost to Kaizer Chiefs by 3 goals to 1. Just like his father, Mpumelelo is also into business. He runs Sbindi Security Services, which is doing quite well.
Now the father of three, is tapping in another venture. Mpumelelo studies Music at Boston City Campus, and now he is pursuing it professionally.
