With such a platform, they are able to share a lot of information with limited censorship. Podcasts are also advantageous as they can reach anywhere in the world, as long as there is internet.
The latest celebrity to venture into podcasting is the one and only Trevor Noah. The multi-award winning comedian and TV personality has joined forces with Spotify, on a new podcast. The podcast will broadcast weekly, and the masses are looking forward to Trevor’s signature humor and razor-sharp wit. Trevor is also knowledgeable on global issues, and his unique take on the hottest and most captivating topics of the moment, will make the podcast worth a follow. It will also feature in-depth and freewheeling conversations between Noah and some of the most influential and interesting figures around the world.
The Spotify original podcast will be launching later this year.

The podcast announcement comes just months after he left The Daily Show. Trevor hosted the award winning show for seven years, before he called it quits. Noah’s final show was on 8 December, and he surely is missed.
When he started on The Daily Show, not many people believed in him, as he was just a foreigner filling in the gig shoes of. Noah eventually grew over the years to become a seasoned host loved by many. His presence on The Daily Show has led to three stand-up specials on Comedy Central and Netflix. He has also interviewed Hollywood renowned public figure such as Oprah Winfrey, Barack Obama, Will Smith, Zozibini Tunzi, Thuso Mbedu, Nomzamo Mbatha among many others.
