ICYMI! Carol Bouwer Becomes the New Miss South Africa License Holder. She has been winning for almost her life as an entertainer and businesswoman. Now Carol Bouwer has bagged one of her biggest gigs yet, as Miss South Africa’s new license holder, and we are all in awe.

After 67 years of leadership, Miss South Africa organization has lost ownership of the Miss World South Africa License. It is now under the new management of Bouwer. The multimillionaire, media mogul and business woman, has bagged the tender through her company, Carol Bouwer Productions. According to the Miss World organization, Bouwer is no stranger to Miss World as she covered the 1994 pageant. This means she will do very well, as the license holder.

Bouwer is also doing amazingly well as an activist, as she is always coming through for women and children. She is UNICEF Special Representative for Women and Children in South Africa. Her advocacy work for women and children saw her speak at the UN in 2017 and in 2018 at a UN General Assembly side event with the Canadian Minister. By virtue of this, Bouwer, will definitely be the right mentor for the girls to prepare them for Miss World South Africa.

At the moment, Miss World current title holder, Karolina Bielawska of Poland,is visiting South Africa together with Chairman of Miss World Organization, Mrs. Julia Morley They are all set to visit humanitarian projects supported by Bouwer, this week as well as participate in the Nelson Mandela Marathon in Mthatha.
