Seeing Murdah Bongz and Kairo Having So Much Fun Is Quite Heartwarming. Although she lost her father two months ago, Kairo Forbes will always have father figures by her side. One such is her step daddy, Murdah Bongz.
Murdah has definitely stepped in after the untimely passing of AKA. Everyone knew just how close AKA and Kairo were, they did almost everything together. The multi-award-wining rapper was a dedicated father, and he executed his duties perfectly. Despite the fact that he and Kairo’s mom DJ Zinhle were no longer a couple, AKA always came through for his daughter.
His Instagram account is full of videos and pictures, where he and Kairo had the best times. From cute dance moves, playing sport, celebrating each other’s birthdays, to just spending quality time together, Kairo and AKA always gave some epic daddy-daughter vibes.
Sadly all of this came to an end when AKA was brutally murdered. He and his close friend, Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane, were gunned down outside a restaurant on Florida Road. The pair are believed to have been on their way to a nightclub for a performance as part of AKA’s birthday celebrations when they were shot.
During AKA’s memorial some days after, Kairo couldn’t hold back her tears. The Instagram influencer and entrepreneur touched the whole nation as she expressed raw emotions. Since the passing away of her father, Kairo has been quite scarce on Instagram, well, it could be that she is still in a mourning phase and taking things easy.
Her mom Zinhle has just shared a cute picture of Kairo and Murdah Bongz, looking all sorts of happy. On the caption Zinhle stated that the two ere full of energy because the finished a pack of Oreo biscuits.
“This is the energy after they finished a packet of Oreos… ❤️ @murdahbongz @kairo.forbes,” Zinhle captioned the beautiful picture.
