Big Brother Titan’s Juicy Jay Coincidentally Breaks Into an AKA Song on His Memorial Day
Big Brother Titan’s Juicy Jay Coincidentally Breaks Into an AKA Song on His Memorial Day. On the Big Brother house, participants don’t get know what is happening in the outside world. Whatever that happens to your loved ones, you don’t even get notified. Only until you leave the house, you will get to know what has been happening in your absentia.
A week ago, one of South Africa and Africa’s celebrated music icons, Kiernan AKA Forbes lost his life. The multi-award winning rapper, TV personality and entrepreneur was brutally killed this past Friday in Durban. AKA and his close friend, Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane, were gunned down outside a restaurant on Florida Road. The pair are thought to have been on their way to a nightclub for a performance as part of AKA’s birthday celebrations when they were shot.
It goes without saying that everyone currently on the Big Brother Titan‘s house knows of AKA. He even has a song with Nigeria star Burna Boy, so even the Nigeria housemates are familiar with him. It’s only a matter of time that the housemates jam to his hits during the Saturday parties.
Today though, one prominent participant, Juicy Jay had viewers shocked by singing one of AKA’s hit songs. The rugby player and now reality show star sang Jika, featuring Yanga Chief, while doing his household chores. He also added with two Xhosa sad songs, about mourning parents.
“Unknowing tribute on the day of the #AKAMemorial by Juicy Jay. First starting with AKA’s “Jika”. Then he immediately followed it with a Xhosa song about a mourning mother asking her to wipe her tears. Then he followed with another Xhosa song about a crying father.”
