Having noted that though, it is not everyday that is a great business day. The will always be those days where customers are not satisfied, something that DJ Zinhle knows very well. Just recently TikTok creator Thulisile Lushaba ordered a 16-inch wig from Hair Majesty by DJ Zinhle for R3,170 and is not really happy about the service as well as the product she received.

She shares a video stating that she had ordered a customized and bleached unit but that the customization was not done to her liking. According to Lushaba the hair was thin and the lace front part of her wig was shorter than the rest of the unit. She also mentioned that her order was only shipped almost four business days after she placed her order. The order was only dispatched after she made a query via email about the lack of communication from the brand.

After review a couple of customers also joined in, expressing their disappointment on the quality of Hair Majesty By DJ Zinhle. Some say Zinhle sells celebrities better quality hair than she sells to ordinary people. The multi-award winning DJ, reality show star and businesswoman took to Twitter to respond to all the backlash. She sarcastically tweeted that this must be the first time in history a business get bad review. The good thing is that Zinhle stated that she reached out to the customer and they are working something out.

Well, her response landed her in more hot water. Tweeps dragged Zinhle to the filth once more.
