If you missed her on previous episodes, Oby is a female diplomat who is charming, mysterious and eloquent. She came into the scene married to Kumkani Phakade (Vuyo Dabula), who is her 3rd husband. Oby though has some dark world powers, and used them to hurt others. Some of her victims have been Ayanda and Tshidi. As her witchcraft tendencies escalated every episode, she quickly became the villain of the SABC1 soapie.
Well, if you thought, she is down and out, think again because Oby is back with a bang. Khabonina Qubeka, who is the lady behind the character is on set, and we will get to see her very soon. Taking to Twitter, the talented actress and fitness fanatic warned viewers to pray, because what is coming is not what they are ready for.
Khabonina’s return will also bring on talented actor, Herald Khumalo who will be joining the show for the first time. He will play the role of Philani, and together with Oby, they are a devious couple with a horrifying hidden agenda. They will surely keep viewers glued to the screen.
