Shudufhadzo Musida Opens Up About The Bond She Has With Her Grandfather
Shudufhadzo Musida Opens Up About The Bond She Has With Her Grandfather. The love that grandparents have for their children is unmatched. Not to take anything away from mothers and fathers, grandparents are the epitome of love. Because of their old age, they no longer shout or scold, instead they are soft, and like bonding with those much younger than them.
Sadly some people have never had such an experience because death happened at an early stage. Shudufhadzo Musida is among those people who are blessed enough to experience the love of grandparents. A few months ago, the reigning Miss South Africa sang the praises of her grandmother in a heartfelt post.
Shudu revealed that her grandmother was a well respected village elder with so much wisdom. She said that her grandmother gave her her voice, and also taught her how to think. One of the best lesson that Shudu received from her granny was to know the importance of using her voice, how she needed to be heard, and how she should use her voice respectfully. “First know and understand, the talk,” her grandmother would say to her.
This time around the focus is on her grandfather. In a beautiful Instagram post, Shudu describes her grandfather as the love of her life. Just like her granny, he taught her a lot of valuable lessons, among them, love. When she is with her grandfather she is treated like the queen she is. Grandparents are irreplaceable, if you still have them in your life, cherish them.
“Missing the love of my life tonight. My grandfather is my everything and he taught me love in its simplest form. He treats me like a Queen and taught me what love is. I miss our conversations under the stars at home. I love you Papa?,” Shudu said.
