Shona Ferguson’s Family Remembers Him With Touching Messages A Month After His Passing. Losing a husband, father and grandfather is one of the biggest loses ever. As a husband you shared you life together, as a father he did the utmost to protect as well as provide, and as a grandfather, he was the best friend you have ever had.
This is probably how Connie Ferguson, Lesedi, Ali and Ro feel at the moment. A month ago, they were dealt a hard blow when Shona Ferguson passed away. The talented actor, producer and entrepreneur sadly succumbed to Covid-19 at the age of 47.
His widow Connie has been keeping strong since the devastating loss. The award winning actress and entrepreneur normally posts sweet memories they shared as well as Bible verses that keep her strong. To remember him, Connie shared Revelation 21:3-4, which promises that God is going to remember the dead by resurrecting them in the not so distant future. Her daughters also took to Instagram to pay tribute to their father.
“Exactly a month today and it still feels surreal. It’s always been said that LEGENDS NEVER DIE! Only now do I really understand that saying and appreciate the following verse in a way I haven’t really before;
Revelation 21 : 3-4
“And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and He will dwell with them. They will be His people, and God Himself Will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death, or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
