At this point in time if we haven’t had Covid-19 yet, we at least know of someone who contracted the virus, or died from it. A number of our celebs have come publicly to share their journey with Covid-19.
One of those is, Skeem Saam Actress Neo Rams. She took to YouTube to take her followers through her journey from contracting Covid-19 to how she is treating the virus. Over the December holidays, Neo traveled to Qwaqwa to visit her in-laws. She and her family proceeded to go to KZN which has been identified as a hot spot.
On the 1st of January, Neo sadly lost her paternal aunt due to Covid-19. She attended her aunt’s funeral which put her at more risk. But according to her, she suspects she got the virus from her holiday at KZN, where she admits proper regulations were not followed.
The great thing is that the talented actress is doing much better, and has shared how she is treating the symptoms she suffered. Neo uses eucalyptus leaves which she crushes to make tea and also steams with.
