Touching Tributes Pour In For Mshoza. 2020 claims the life of yet another celebrity. South Africa woke up to the sad news that Nomasonto Maswanganyi, who was known as Mshoza in the industry has passed away. According to reports, The “Kortes and Ayina Chorus” hit maker passed on this morning (Thursday) at Far East Rand in Johannesburg
There is no doubt that Mshoza was one of the musicians who made a mark in the industry. As one of the few women doing Kwaito, Mshoza had to fight twice as hard to get the same recognition as her male colleagues. Her name is mentioned among, Kwaito pioneers in South Africa.
Details surrounding her death have not been shared yet. Mshoza, who was 37 year old, leaves behind her two children. Many remember her as this cool, and friendly star, who had no problem with no one. Despite having to deal with media backlash, Mshoza never let that taint her warm personality. Some celebs and fans took to Twitter to pour tributes to the late star.
