Watch! Duduzane Zuma Stands With The Creative Industry. Lockdown has affected many sectors in the country, including the entertainment industry. In a bid to get the attention of the powers that be, Durban artists closed the N3 highway, demanding , the entertainment scene to be opened a week ago. The artists argued that, they have had no income since the start of the lockdown.

The likes of DJ Tira, DJ Merlon, Mshunqisi Dladla, Zodwa Wabantu, DJ Happy gal, DJ Sox, Tzozo were among the protestors who urged president Cyril Ramaphosa to open the entertainment scene. The Vula March also consisted of artists, event organisers, marketing and PR companies and more.

Businessman Duduzane Zuma, also shared his views on the protests. He applauded the artists for taking a stand against lockdown. Zuma also empathized with them, as they no longer have a source of income.
