“We Are Now At 709 Cases,” Zweli Mkhize. Just like expects predicted, the coronavirus victims’ numbers continue to rise. On Wednesday morning Health Minister Zweli Mkhize announced that South Africa now has 709 confirmed cases.
“We are now at 709 cases,” he said, speaking on local news channel SABC. This means that the number has risen by 155 from 554 which was recorded on Tuesday.
According to the minister, the large jump comes after at least 50 new positive coronavirus cases have been registered from a church in the Free State
