Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute all point of sale operational activities in a timely manner.
• Accurately scan merchandise and process customer purchases.
• Collect payments for goods purchased and action ClubCard rewards correctly.

• Promote Clicks ClubCard to customers and assist with enrolling new members.

Requirements and Skills

• Grade 12 is an essential minimum educational requirement.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a retail or FMCG store operations environment is desirable.

• Knowledge of retail or FMCG operations will be advantageous.
