Key Responsibilities
- Support the Human Resources function with assigned administrative and people-related activities.
- Apply Human Resources or Industrial Psychology knowledge in a practical workplace environment.
- Assist with people management-related activities as required by the HR team.
- Support the day-to-day requirements of the Human Resources department.
- Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare, capture and manage HR-related information and documentation.
- Work proactively when completing assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate a self-driven approach to learning and workplace development.
- Maintain professional relationships with employees and colleagues.
- Contribute positively to the HR team and wider plant environment.
- Participate in workplace learning opportunities throughout the 12-month internship.
- Complete other HR-related duties and responsibilities assigned as part of the internship programme.
Requirements and Skills
- Applicants must have completed an NQF Level 6 or 7 Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
- Strong people management skills are required.
