Key Responsibilities

• Sell VKB merchandise according to agreed sales targets.
• Market products effectively to customers and provide product information.
• Assist customers with queries and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
• Merchandise stock and replenish shelves when required.
• Maintain a clean, organised and presentable work environment.
• Monitor stock movement and assist with stock control processes.
• Resolve customer queries within the required guidelines.

Requirements and Skills

• Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Experience in a relevant field will be advantageous.
