Kamohelo Bombe Up for Another Award In the Agriculture Sector. Many know Kamohelo Bombe as a talented TV personality and producer. She has lot of layers though, one of which being a successful farmer. In the sector, Kamo’s mission is to put women in at the centre of Agriculture, and so far she has done an amazing job.
Over the years, she has bagged a number of awards, and it not about to stop anytime soon. She has another chance for another awards, thanks to her nomination at the Telkom 2026 Forty Under 40 South Africa awards.
“Honoured and grateful to be nominated for the Telkom @fortyu40sa South Africa Awards in the Agriculture & Agro-processing category. This nomination is bigger than me it’s a reflection of purpose, impact, and the incredible people who have walked this journey with me,” Kamo said.
She also shared what she has achieved through the Kamohelo Group and the Farming in Heels Agri Academy Foundation.
“I’ve proudly:
Trained 120 young people in agricultural skills.Built 16 sustainable vegetable gardens that strengthen food security in our communities.
Trained 60 people living with disabilities in poultry farming, creating pathways to skills, dignity, and economic opportunities.
Hosted Farming in Heels every year, empowering women to lead, innovate, and thrive in agriculture,” she added.
In appreciation, Kamo thanked everyone who has supported her vision. She also asked
