Cornet Mamabolo On Why He Built A College for His Village. On New Year’s eve, when many were thinking epic outings and resolutions, Cornet Mamabolo announced his massive project. He shared that he has built a college for artisans in his community and neighboring communities.
About the College
Shandalea College is an accredited centre for testing and training. Speaking about the project, back then, Cornet said it was his greatest fulfillment in 2025. The talented actor and entrepreneur added that he takes it as a gift to his younger self. All in all Cornet was happy that he gets the opportunity to make the lives of others better.
Bringing Resources and Services to the People
A lot of youngsters travel to bigger towns and cities to pursue education. This is because, back at home, there are no such schools. Seeing this gap, Cornet and his team built Shandalea College.
We have built this college in the heart of our village to develop and encourage Youth to study artisanal programmes without being pressured to go to centres in the cities and township. The standard is equally high and our workshops are accredited with QCTO.
What is even more dope about it is the fact that we can TRAIN & TEST. We’re strong in Agriculture too.

Big on Rural Development
A few years ago, Cornet launched his own resort called Mabodibane Resort in Limpopo Ga Molepo. The breathtaking resort offers nature and adventure, something that resonates with the star’s hobbies and interests. Now instead of villagers to come to urban places for fun, they get to enjoy their free time right in their area.
