What You Can Expect

During the Programme, You May:
- Support teams with day-to-day business activities and project coordination.
- Assist with preparing business documents, reports, presentations and proposals.
- Gain practical exposure to business operations, systems, processes and customer requirements.

- Build professional skills in communication, collaboration, time management and problem-solving.

Who We Are Looking for:
We are looking for candidates who have completed, or are completing, a National Diploma in one of the following fields:
- Electrical Engineering
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Project Management
- Safety Management
- Information Technology
You ay Be A Great Fit If You:
- Are a recent graduate or will complete your qualification within the next six months.
- Have achieved a minimum academic average of 65%.
- Must be a recent 2026 graduate or graduating within the next 6 months.
- Are eager to learn, proactive and open to new challenges.
- Have strong attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
- Can communicate effectively and work well with different people and teams.
- Are adaptable, curious and motivated to build a meaningful career.
