Clicks Group is inviting unemployed young South Africans in the Free State to apply for its Youth Employment Programme 2026. This fixed term opportunity is designed to provide valuable workplace experience and accredited training within the health and beauty retail sector. Successful participants will receive classroom based learning, practical in store training and the opportunity to earn an NQF Level 2 Checkout Operator occupational qualification.

About the Youth Employment Programme

The Clicks Youth Employment Programme combines structured classroom learning with hands on workplace experience in a retail store. Participants will gain practical knowledge of retail operations while learning directly from experienced team members in one of South Africa’s leading health and beauty retailers.

Throughout the programme, learners will develop customer service, retail operations and checkout skills that are highly valued across the retail industry. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a nationally recognised NQF Level 2 Checkout Operator occupational qualification.

Minimum Requirements
