Job Overview and Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service and create positive in store experiences
• Act as a brand ambassador for Under Armour values and products
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs
• Support daily sales activities and work towards store sales targets
• Promote product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising
• Assist with stock replenishment and product availability on the sales floor
• Support visual displays and ensure store layout standards are followed
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through customer engagement
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store environment
Requirements and Skills
• Grade 12 or Matric
• Previous retail experience is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for sport, fashion, and retail
• Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques
• Good attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation
• Ability to take initiative and work independently when required
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
