Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, memorable shopping experience.
• Serve as a proud Typo brand ambassador by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers in finding products that match their needs and preferences.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional and enthusiastic service.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Replenish merchandise to keep the store organised and visually appealing.
• Support daily store operations and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

• Participate in store campaigns, promotions and seasonal merchandising activities.
