As a Permanent Part-Timer, you will play an important role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for every customer. You will support the store team with sales, merchandising, stock management and daily store operations while representing the adidas brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
About the Role
The Permanent Part-Timer will assist store management with day to day operations while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining adidas store standards. You will engage with customers, recommend products, support merchandising activities and contribute to achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
As a Permanent Part-Timer, your responsibilities will include:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to every shopper entering the store.
• Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point of sale system.
• Promote additional products through effective selling techniques.
• Help replenish stock from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising displays and visual presentation.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store.
• Monitor the sales floor and report suspicious activities in line with security procedures.
• Safeguard company assets and follow store policies at all times.
• Participate in in store and digital training programmes to improve product knowledge.
• Learn to use Power BI tools to better understand store performance and product trends.
• Support the team during busy trading periods and promotional events.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Between 0 and 1 year of retail experience.
• A genuine passion for customer service and retail.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
