You will also work closely with the store management team to help achieve sales targets while contributing to a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding adidas customer service during every interaction.
• Assist customers in finding the right products based on their needs.
• Process cash, credit card, and other sales transactions accurately.
• Support product ticketing and verify incoming stock against delivery documentation.
• Assist with moving stock from the storeroom to the sales floor.
• Help create and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
• Learn and operate the point-of-sale system while following company procedures.
• Apply effective selling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
• Promote additional products through upselling and cross-selling.
• Welcome customers and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards, including cleaning the store.
• Protect company assets and follow all loss prevention procedures.
• Monitor the sales floor and report suspicious activity where necessary.
• Participate in in-store and digital training programmes to improve product knowledge.
• Use Power BI tools to gain insights into store performance and product trends.

Requirements and Skills

• Matric certificate.
• Zero to one year of retail experience.
• Passion for retail and excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use initiative and work independently.
• Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous fashion retail experience will be advantageous but is not essential.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
• Passion for fashion and confidence in helping customers choose products.
