Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction. • Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner. • Provide hands-on demonstrations of Apple products and services. • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Apple solutions. • Maximise sales opportunities by promoting the full Apple product range. • Build positive customer relationships through expert product knowledge. • Stay up to date with the latest Apple products, features and services. • Ensure the store remains clean, organised and welcoming. • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals. • Create memorable shopping experiences that encourage customer loyalty.

Requirements and Skills

• Completed Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate. • Some sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. • Product knowledge will be advantageous. • Passion for Apple products and technology. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-focused attitude. • Sales-driven with a positive and energetic approach. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Willingness to learn and develop new product knowledge. • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
