Nobuhle Mimi Mahlasela Returns to the Small Screen With A Brand New TV Drama. Many know her as Aggie Ngwenya-Meintjie, a role she played for years in the hit SABC 2 serial 7de Laan. Now Nobuhle Mimi Mahlasela has another acting opportunity in a new show, to win viewers hearts once more.
The talented actress has been cast in a star studded drama called, Stokvel Season. Mimi has not revealed the role she plays as yet, but from the trailer she shared, we can’t wait to see her in her element. Other cast members include renowned actresses Harriet Manamela, Motsoaledi Setumo and Leera Mthethwa.
The first season of Stokvel Season will premier on the 3rd of August at 20:00 on Mzansi Magic.
