About the Internship
The HR Administrator Internship has been designed to equip graduates with real workplace experience across multiple Human Resources functions. Throughout the programme, interns will participate in structured learning rotations that provide exposure to recruitment, HR administration, employee records management, training coordination and employee experience initiatives.
By the end of the programme, participants will have developed the practical knowledge and professional skills needed to build a successful career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
As a HR Administrator Intern, your responsibilities may include:
HR Administration
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration.
• Prepare employment documentation and employee correspondence.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR records.
• Capture and update employee information on HR systems.
• Support leave administration, probation tracking and general HR administration.
Recruitment Support
• Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements.
• Screen applications and support candidate shortlisting.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate psychometric assessments and bookings.
• Prepare interview packs and recruitment documentation.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Assist with reference checks, qualification verification and onboarding documentation.
Learning and Employee Experience
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
• Schedule meeting rooms and Microsoft Teams sessions.
• Prepare attendance registers and training materials.
• Assist with employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Support internal surveys and HR communication projects.
• Help prepare presentations and HR reports.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or a related qualification.
• An Honours Degree will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Teams and HR Information Systems will be beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
