Denise Zimba Receives Sympathy Over the Treatment She Got At Her Daughter’s Birthday Party. Over the weekend it was Denise Zimba’s birthday celebration. Sadly because of the limited access she has to the, she was not allowed in the house for the party.
The perfect family that Denise was building for herself has come crumbling down after infidelity entered her marriage. About two years ago, it became evident that Denise and her estranged husband Jakob Schlichtig were going though a rough time. Early last year, Denise revealed on X, the heart-wrenching betrayal she faced when she discovered that Jakob, was cheating with her childhood friend, Mpumi Mdluli. As if that wasn’t enough, in March 2025, Johannesburg High Court ruled in favor of Jakob, for the custody of their two kids, Mila and Leah. The ruling has allowed for him to take their daughters, aged 19 months and 5 years, back to Germany.
The TV personality, actress and musician is currently going through every mother’s nightmare. She did not get to attend her daughters’ birthday celebration although she traveled to Germany. Denise got to see them in the parking lot, where she gave them their presents.
“Traveled all the way to Munich to see my girls. I have restricted access 2 them. Today is my daughters birthday party, and I am not allowed in the house. Opened gifts that I got them in the parking lot … & have been told that if I want to see them, it will have to be outside🤷🏽♀️,” Denise said.
