Job Overview And Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to ecommerce orders and fashion deliveries
• Assist customers with tracking online purchases and delivery updates
• Support customers with online profile access and account queries
• Liaise with couriers and store teams to resolve delivery issues
• Provide accurate feedback and updates to customers timeously
• Ensure all customer queries are logged and resolved efficiently
• Maintain a high standard of customer service on every interaction
• Work within set procedures and service level expectations

Requirements And Skills

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is advantageous
