This Level 2 Agent role focuses on driving new business sales, managing customer engagement and supporting ongoing customer service initiatives across multiple security products and services. You will work closely with referral campaigns, lead management, CRM systems and customer communication channels to help grow the company’s customer base. Job Overview and Responsibilities
• Drive new business sales and maintain strong customer relationships
• Contact at least 40 clients daily to support sales and service objectives
• Book a minimum of 3 sales appointments or technical service calls per day
• Support referral campaigns and ensure quick turnaround on client follow ups
• Capture and update leads accurately within the LSN system
• Maintain accurate lead status records and appointment outcomes
• Ensure no contact processes are followed correctly for all referrals
• Support service level targets and maintain customer satisfaction standards
• Handle FindU email queue queries and customer support requests
• Conduct courtesy calls for clients and support project selling initiatives
• Manage open leads from web, social media and business partners
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Perform welcome calls for newly acquired customers
• Assist with CRM support, training and project rollouts within the CCC
• Support bad debt calling campaigns and appointment scheduling processes
• Assist with ad hoc operational duties as required by the business

Requirements and Skills
• Computer literacy including MS Office, email and internet usage
• Understanding of customer service and quality assurance processes
• PSIRA registration is advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Accurate reporting and attention to detail
