Programme Overview
The TFG YES Programme 2026 is part of the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative, designed to help young people gain their first workplace experience in the retail sector. This programme is ideal for youth who have never worked before and want to build a strong foundation for future employment.
Who Should Apply?
You should apply if you:
- Recently completed Matric
- Have no work experience
- Want to enter the job market
- Are interested in retail or customer service
- Want to build your CV and confidence
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be between 18 – 28 years old
- Preferably have Matric
- Be unemployed
- Not have participated in a YES Programme before
- Not be studying full-time during the programme period
- Not have permanent work experience exceeding 12 months
- Be willing to work in a retail environment
- Be responsible for own transport and accommodation
