Adidas at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town is looking for a motivated Permanent Part-Timer to join their retail team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion, customer service, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the highest level of Adidas service to every customer.
• Process regular sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks.
• Assist with ticketing products and checking paperwork against received items.
• Support product flow from stockroom to sales floor when needed.
• Help develop merchandise displays and follow store management guidance.
• Attain proficiency in the point-of-sale system and maintain integrity in operations.
• Use selling techniques, including add-on sales and explaining product details to customers.
• Greet customers and assist them in finding products, sometimes acting as a front-door greeter during busy periods.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, including cleaning the store.
• Safeguard company assets and monitor for loss prevention.
• Participate in in-store and digital training to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices.
• Use Power BI tools to understand store performance, best-selling items, and underperforming products.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong passion for retail and customer service.

• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
