Key Responsibilities
The Permanent Part-Timer will support daily store operations while ensuring customers receive exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering the highest level of adidas service to all customers.
- Completing sales transactions involving cash, credit, and checks when required.
- Assisting in ticketing and verifying products against delivery paperwork.
- Supporting product flow from stockroom to sales floor as needed.
- Developing and maintaining merchandise displays following management guidance.
- Gaining proficiency in the point-of-sale system and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Using selling techniques, including add-on sales and explaining technical product information.
- Greeting customers and assisting them in finding the right products, sometimes serving as a greeter during peak times.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and general housekeeping standards.
- Safeguarding company assets and following loss prevention procedures.
- Participating in in-store and digital training programs to improve product knowledge and retail best practices.
- Familiarizing themselves with Power BI tools to monitor store performance and product trends.
