Key Responsibilities

The Permanent Part-Timer will support daily store operations while ensuring customers receive exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering the highest level of adidas service to all customers.
  • Completing sales transactions involving cash, credit, and checks when required.
  • Assisting in ticketing and verifying products against delivery paperwork.
  • Supporting product flow from stockroom to sales floor as needed.
  • Developing and maintaining merchandise displays following management guidance.
  • Gaining proficiency in the point-of-sale system and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  • Using selling techniques, including add-on sales and explaining technical product information.
  • Greeting customers and assisting them in finding the right products, sometimes serving as a greeter during peak times.
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and general housekeeping standards.
  • Safeguarding company assets and following loss prevention procedures.
  • Participating in in-store and digital training programs to improve product knowledge and retail best practices.
  • Familiarizing themselves with Power BI tools to monitor store performance and product trends.

Skills and Abilities Required

Qualifications and Experience
