Role Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to support daily store operations while ensuring that every customer receives a high level of service. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Process sales transactions, including cash, card, and other payment methods
• Assist customers in finding products and provide styling advice where needed
• Support merchandising by helping set up product displays
• Assist with stock handling and product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor
• Maintain housekeeping standards, including cleaning and organizing the store
• Monitor the sales floor for loss prevention and report suspicious activity
• Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and retail skills
• Use selling techniques such as add-on sales to increase revenue
• Safeguard company assets and follow all store policies and procedures
