Key Responsibilities

As an IT Intern, you will play a direct role in supporting staff and maintaining systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing first line end user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Assisting with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, and other office or site devices
• Logging, tracking, and resolving IT support tickets within agreed service level agreements
• Assisting with user onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, devices, and access control
• Maintaining IT asset registers and documentation
• Providing on site support at project or site offices when required
• Assisting with system upgrades, backups, and data management

This hands on exposure helps you build real troubleshooting skills and understand how IT supports business performance.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following criteria:

• Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365
• Strong problem solving skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a professional environment
• Good communication skills and ability to assist non technical users
• Valid driver’s license and own car, advantageous
• Willingness to work in a construction site environment
