DBN Gogo’s big break came during the rise of the Amapiano genre. Her impressive ability to fuse different styles within the genre, combined with her energy and charisma behind the decks, quickly made her a standout performer. In 2021, her career took a significant leap with the release of her sensational hit single “Khuza Gogo”.
Now DBN Gogo is penning her name in the history books with her upcoming gig billed for April this year. The gig will see her as the first female DJ in South Africa to perform a 24-hour DJ set, taking place from midnight on Saturday, 04 April 2026, through to midnight on Sunday, 05 April 2026. At its core, this moment is about building brand legacy, creating space for artistic evolution, and setting a new benchmark for live performance on the continent.
