Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and apply good housekeeping standards in all areas
• Stay up-to-date with display procedures, promotions, and credit drives, and implement changes promptly
• Enhance Truworths’ image through professional conduct and personal presentation
• Address staff and customer queries related to merchandise displays, both in-store and in windows
• Remain calm and professional during conflict situations
• Contribute to overall team performance and support colleagues
• Proactively pursue training opportunities and apply learnings in the workplace
• Follow security procedures accurately and thoroughly
• Complete administration documentation accurately
• Keep up-to-date with store safety policies and procedures (OHASA)

Qualifications and Experience

• Skills in building, painting, wiring, and dressing displays
• Diligence in storing and maintaining models and props
• Flexible and able to cope with constant change
• Ability to understand and follow Implementation Manuals
• Valid driver’s license

• Good judgement and spatial awareness to utilize display space effectively
