Job Overview

The TVET Finance Management Intern will support daily financial operations within a high volume distribution centre. You will gain exposure to core finance functions including bookkeeping support, data capture, reporting, and general administrative tasks.

The role provides structured workplace learning aligned with National N Diploma requirements and offers practical experience in a large retail supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily financial administration tasks within the finance department
• Support processing and capturing of financial data accurately
• Assist with invoice checking and basic reconciliation tasks
• Capture and update financial records using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
• Assist with filing, document management, and record keeping
• Support the preparation of basic financial reports
• Assist with supplier and internal finance queries
• Maintain accurate and organised financial documentation
• Support compliance with internal financial procedures
• Assist with general administrative duties within the finance team
