Sales Associate Vacancy at RFO Jumbo Mall in eMalahleni

RFO is recruiting a Sales Associate for a 120 hour position at Jumbo Mall in eMalahleni, Mpumalanga. This role suits you if you enjoy retail, value customer service and want to work with a brand focused on fashion, décor and customer satisfaction. You will support daily store operations while driving sales and delivering a consistent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the RFO brand on the shop floor
- Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times
- Identify customer needs and provide the best possible solutions
- Track sales performance against targets
- Search for opportunities to generate new sales
- Sell a diverse range of fashion and décor products
- Stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends
- Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store customer ready
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 or Matric
- Retail experience is an advantage but not essential
