Sales Associate Opportunity at Fabiani Zevenwacht Mall

Fabiani is recruiting a full time Sales Associate for its Zevenwacht Mall store in the Western Cape. This role suits you if you enjoy fashion retail, working with people and meeting sales targets. You work 40 hours per week and represent a premium South African fashion brand on the shop floor.

As a Sales Associate, you play a key role in shaping the customer experience. You engage customers, understand their needs and guide them toward the right products. Your performance directly impacts store results, customer loyalty and brand perception.

Responsibilities

1. Act as a brand ambassador and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
2. Exceed customer expectations by identifying needs and providing the best solutions.
3. Actively track sales performance against individual and store targets.
4. Sell across a diverse product range and stay up to date with décor and fashion trends.
5. Proactively search for opportunities to generate new sales.
6. Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always customer ready.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Grade 12 Matric is required.
2. Retail experience is an advantage but not essential.
