Sales Associate Opportunity at American Swiss Mokopane

American Swiss is seeking high energy and confident Sales Associates for its Mokopane store in Limpopo. This full-time role involves 120 hours per month and offers an opportunity to represent a leading retailer while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion and décor, enjoys working with people, and has a strong sales instinct.

Responsibilities

1. Act as a brand ambassador and deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Exceed customer expectations by identifying needs and providing the best solutions.
3. Track personal and store sales performance against targets.
4. Sell across a diverse product range while keeping up to date with décor and fashion trends.
5. Seek opportunities to generate new sales and upsell where appropriate.
6. Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is ready for customers at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
2. Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
