Purpose and Relevance
The Permanent Part-Timer assists store management in day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and compliance with store policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent adidas service to every customer.
• Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and check payments.
• Support product ticketing and verify paperwork against received items.
• Assist with product movement from stockroom to sales floor as required.
• Help develop merchandise displays or follow management directives.
• Acquire proficiency with the point-of-sale system, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Apply selling techniques, including add-on sales and product knowledge explanations, to achieve sales goals.
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products. Occasionally serve as a Greeter during busy periods.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general housekeeping standards.
• Safeguard company assets and monitor the sales floor to prevent loss.
• Participate in in-store or digital training to enhance product knowledge and role skills.
• Utilize Power BI tools to understand store performance, top sellers, and slow-moving products.

Skills and Abilities

• Fashion retail experience is preferred but not essential.
