Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Post, update, and remove job advertisements on job boards and company career pages
• Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates
• Schedule and confirm interviews with applicants
• Initiate background checks on potential hires
• Provide feedback to candidates following interviews
• Address employee queries related to benefits and HR policies
• Participate in organizing company events, career days, and team activities
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
• Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and files
• Organize documents and ensure compliance with HR procedures

Requirements and Skills
