Motus Corporation is offering a Level 1 Apprentice position at Toyota Kempton Park. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about automotive repair and aspire to become Motor Mechanic Technicians. The position involves a structured Apprentice Training Programme lasting up to three years, providing hands-on experience and technical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with vehicle repairs following their instructions
• Remove and replace vehicle parts and units
• Jack up vehicles and secure them with trestles
• Lubricate and change oils under supervision according to manual specifications
• Remove and fit wheels
• Remove and replace air and oil filters
• Assist with all vehicle repair tasks
• Remove and fit batteries
• Clean parts and maintain housekeeping standards
• Attend prescribed technical and level-specific courses
• Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Perform other reasonable duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Pure Mathematics and Physical Science
• Technical Matric is preferred
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage
• Clear criminal record
• Basic technical skills are beneficial
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a team
