About The Role
You support the dispensary team and provide pharmaceutical care within your approved scope. You follow company SOPs, manage daily administration and help customers with accurate information. You help keep the dispensary compliant and organised.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strong customer service
Manage stock and handle administration tasks
Repack medicine when required
Complete accurate compounding tasks
Provide basic health advice
Maintain clean dispensary areas and neat displays
Support extra operational tasks when needed

Minimum Requirements
Matric with Maths
HPCSA requirements for Qualified, Post Basic or Learner Basic Pharmacist Assistant
Knowledge of OTC and health products
Understanding of SAPC rules and legal requirements
Strong customer service approach
Integrity and ethical work habits
Accuracy and attention to detail
Basic calculation skills
Ability to use IT systems and MS Office
